Progressing from high-school-level writing to college level can be a difficult task. There are often skills that need to be reinforced, be it grammar, organization, or even thesis statements. Or maybe you simply want an honest critique of your paper so you can improve the next draft.
General Papers Writing Center Director Lynnell Edwards and Writing Center English interns are available to review papers.
The Writing Center has Open Door hours Monday-Thursday, 11-3:30 and Sunday, 5-8, beginning the second week of each semester. You may come in at any time and sign up for an appointment during these hours. Writing Center consultants are also available on select other evening hours that vary each semester. All appointments are posted in the ARC for self sign-up.
