To make an appointment in the WC, please email the director, Jessica Hume, at jhume@bellarmine.edu. Please include information about the style and length of the paper, as well as any other details you feel are necessary. Also be sure to inlcude a few specific times when you are free to come in, so ARC staff can find available WC time that works for you.

Drop-In
The undergraduate consultants have scheduled hours each semester, during which students can make appointments in advance; however, if writing consultants are free during these times, students who drop in without an appointment are free to sit down and work with a consultant.
With Your Class
If your class is required or requested by the professor to visit the writing center for either peer review or individual meetings, your professor will pass around a sign up sheet during a class meeting and ask students to sign up for a time which works best with their schedules. If any students cannot be present for any of the offered times, they should contact the director of the writing center, Jessica Hume, at jhume@bellarmine.edu. If students need to change an appointment time they scheduled, they should come to the writing center, find the sign up sheet on the bulletin board, and look for other times that work for them (or speak with the director of the writing center).
