Hopcroft earns All-GWLL recognition
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (April, 29, 2009)--Bellarmine University midfielder Derek Hopcroft earned 2nd Team All-Great Western Lacrosse League honors the conference announced today.
The junior from Toronto led Bellarmine with 92 shots and co-led the team in points with 37. On the year, Hopcroft scored 27 goals and contributed 10 assists. He also proved very effective in man up situations, scoring five "up" goals on the season.
