Suggested Schedule of Courses Without a Full-Time Internshipternship PDF DOC

This is a 4+ year program that requires a minimum of 150 semester hours with 36 semester hours in accounting. This program does qualify you to sit for the CPA examination under current Kentucky law. This program does qualify you for an accounting career in public accounting (CPA firms), corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental agencies. 

Students choosing this option will complete both the 4-year accounting program and the additional courses required for the minor or second major. The minor or second major may be in any of the approximately twenty minors and forty majors offered at Bellarmine University (except business administration). This option may be completed in four to five years, depending on the minor or second major selected, the course loads taken each regular academic semester, and the number of summer sessions attended.
