Suggested Schedule of Courses for the 4-Year Major in Accounting without Internship PDF DOC

This is a 4-year program that requires a total of 126 semester hours with 36 semester hours in accounting. This program does not qualify you to sit for the CPA examination under current Kentucky law. This program does qualify you for a professional accounting career in corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental agencies.

Students who complete the 4-year program can qualify to sit for the CPA examination by completing an additional 24 semester hours of undergraduate or graduate coursework in any field of study, at Bellarmine or at any other university. For example, this may be attractive for those students wishing to pursue a Law degree, or other graduate degree, after completing the 4-year accounting program at Bellarmine University.
