Mass Information
Mass is celebrated in Our Lady of the Woods Chapel on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 p.m., Wednesdays at 8 a.m., and on Sundays at 6 p.m., when classes are in session. The Chapel is closed for fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks. Holy Day, Special Masses and Prayer Services are advertised via campus daily news. Contact the Campus Ministry Office for details..
Students serve as ministers for all campus liturgies. To enroll in the
next training session to become a Reader, Server, or Minister of
Communion or Hospitality, please contact the Director of Campus
Ministry.
There are many locations in the Highlands and Louisville area for
worship services of all faiths. The Office maintains a current
directory with contact information for churches, temples, synagogues,
and mosques. Please visit us in Horrigan Hall 113, for more
information.
The Office of Campus Ministry coordinates publicity surrounding
faith-based initiatives by working with the Campus Ministry Council.
It is composed of representatives from each of the faith-based groups
from the faculty. A liaison with each of
the main-line Protestant faiths in the Highlands (campus neighborhood)
also sits on the CMCouncil. The Council meets once a month.
