Bellarmine goes to the Bahamas and BELIZE

Ocean viewEach year the Biology Department offers a Marine Biology course on either the island of San Salvador, The Bahamas or Ambergris Caye in Belize.  These courses focus on the flora and fauna of the coral reefs and the terrestrial habitats of the islands.  Students take a semester-long lecture course in marine biology at Bellarmine in addition to the the short-term study abroad portion of the course.

Drs. Tom Bennett and Steven Wilt are the primary instructors for these courses.  They can answer any questions you might have.  They can be contacted at tom.bennett@bellarmine.edu or swilt@bellarmine.edu.
