“Novela”

While trying to close the pages on past doings, a company of actors tries to rehearse a play dealing with a family who struggles with the issues of infidelity, miscommunication, and coming out. At some point, some of the actors' problems start to mirror the issues presented within the play. By the end, some actors will solve their differences, giving them a happy ending while for others destiny has a different outcome.

Shining City

Shining City is set in Dublin, where a guilt-ridden man reaches out to a therapist after seeing the ghost of his recently deceased wife. Wrestling with his own demons, the therapist can only do so much to help. Routine visits between the two men quickly become a gripping struggle to survive, changing both of them for the rest of their lives.

“Anything Galileo” Festival of new 10-minute plays
The first ever 10-minute play national competition takes place at Bellarmine University. The result will be the production of the best 6 to 8 short plays chosen by a group of elite theater faculty and enthusiast. From those presented, the audience will vote on their favorite, which will become the winner of our first ever 10-minute playwriting competition.

Henny Penny EAST COAST PREMIER

The play brings back the old tale of the "sky is falling." This time, however, we find out the reason why the sky is falling, who or what is responsible for such event, and why is Henny Penny so hyper at all times. With six unforgettable characters, the play not only offers a moral and a lesson, but also gives the audience an opportunity to interact with the characters and even become part of the action. This is a play for ages 5 and up.
