While Shepard’s dark comedy presents us with the inability to connect as human beings Kushner’s dark comedy tells us how “Six playwrights bury a Seventh.” It will be an unexpected yet thrilling night at the theatre.

Five Women Wearing the Same Dress

Set at the home of a bride in Knoxville, TN, five bridesmaids find refuge in Meredith’s room, sister of the bride. The women, despite their differences, discover they have more in common with each other than with the bride.

Madthematics: Second International Festival of New 10-minute Plays

Based on blind entries, eight new 10-minute plays will be chosen for the Second International Festival. This time around, the theme of mathematics promises to be as fun, as crazy, and as intellectual as the first. Vote for your favorite at the end of the night.

Doin' Time: Through the Visiting Glass

Presented by the Theatre Program and the Office of Multicultural Affairs

Guest artist, Ashley Lucas brings her one-woman show based on interviews with prisoners, family of prisoners, and people who do work connected to prisons, examines the impact of incarceration on families, taking the audience through a variety of perspectives on the families of the incarcerated.
