EKG Technician

EKG Technicians work in physician offices, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.  EKG Technicians also work for insurance companies to establish health and life insurance policies.  This comprehensive 50-hour course prepare you to function as an EKG Technician and to take the Electrocardiograph (EKG) Technician exam.  Learn about the role of the EKG Technician, medical terminology related to eclctrocardiography, care and safety of patients, anaotmy and electrical conduction system of the heart, basic EKG interpretation, and troubleshooting problems. Gain hands-on practice with EKG equipment.
