Registration Information Registration is easy! You can register online, mail or fax your registration form, call us or stop by our office in Miles Hall.

Because many of the courses have enrollment limits and class positions are filled in the order received, you are urged to register as early as possible. You must register before attending a class and payment must be received before your enrollment is confirmed.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds:
Courses with five or more sessions:
--100% if notification is received at least ten working days before the first class.
--50% if notification is received less than 10 days before the 1st class but prior to the second class meeting.
--No refund after the second class meeting.
Courses with fewer than five sessions:
--100% if notification is received at least ten working days before the first class.
--50% if notification is received less than 10 day before the first class
--No refunds after the course begins
NOTE: All refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee
Discounts:
Some courses, including online courses are exempt. Please indicate eligibility when registering. Discounts do not apply to material fees.
Persons at least 60 years of age are entitled to a 10% discount off the regular price of non-credit courses. Some continuing education courses, along with Elderhostel and Veritas fees are exempt. Please indicate that a discount applies when registering. (NOTE: Discounts do not apply to material fees.)
Bellarmine full-time students receive a 50% reduction (some courses are exempt);
Bellarmine part-time students receive a 25% reduction in tuition for non-credit courses, subject to space availability. Some courses are exempt.
