Because many of the courses have enrollment limits and class positions are filled in the order received, you are urged to register as early as possible. You must register before attending a class and payment must be received before your enrollment is confirmed.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds

Courses with five or more sessions:
  • 100% if notification is received at least ten days before the first class.
  • 50% if notification is received less than 10 days before the 1st class but prior to the second class.
  • No refund after the second class.
Courses with fewer than five sessions:
  • 100% if notification is received at least ten days before the first class.
  • 50% if notification is received less than 10 day before the first class.
  • No refunds after the course begins.

*All refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee.

Discounts

  • Please indicate eligibility when registering
  • Discounts do not apply to material fees
  • Discounts cannot be honored when registering online.
  • Some courses/programs are exempt.
  • Discounts subject to space availability
  • Seniors age 60+ : 10%
  • Veritas Society Members : 15%
  • Bellarmine Alumni : 15%

*PLEASE NOTE: Some continuing education courses, along with Road Scholar and Veritas fees are exempt. Materials fees are not subject to discounting. Subject to space availability.
