communication and teamwork that are essential to conducting business in the current environment.
As technology grows ever more sophisticated and complex, the demands on today's business leaders are great and increasing.
To cope with these challenges, today's business leaders must, first of all, be able to lead. That means being in touch with their followers and their supporters.
It means being able to create and articulate a unifying and motivating vision. It means communicating that vision, even as the leader listens for new input.
Our seminars and degree programs are extensions of our rich liberal arts education tradition and are designed to produce enlightened business leaders for the new millennium.
