Welcome to my web page.  Since 1995, I have developed and refined two new teaching methodologies that reduce Math Anxiety, improve standards, and maximize student participation as well as student interaction with other students and the instructor.  There are three strategies which I call Special Techniques, Peer Responsibility, and Joint Projects.  A summary of the first two strategies are included below.  Further details can be found in the paper described below.
