Friday, October 24 Family Weekend Check-in / 2 p.m. Campus Center Lobby, outside Hilary’s
Check-in for Family Weekend and receive your welcome packet, which will include a schedule of events, an item to commemorate the weekend, meal passes, and more! Check-in will take place in the Campus Center lobby, outside Hilary’s until 6 p.m. All families must check-in for the weekend or entrance to the events is not guaranteed.
Pre-Show Party / 4 p.m. Hilary’s in Campus Center
Kick off the weekend in true Hollywood spirit with a great pre-show party where you will get to meet famous celebrities (or at least your student’s faculty and staff). There will be light refreshments and heavy entertainment. Perfect for the whole family.
Red Carpet Trivia / 8:30 p.m. Frazier Hall
Join us for an evening of family fun in Frazier Hall, and prepare to have your knowledge tested on all things Hollywood! We promise a night of great entertainment, tons of prizes and the opportunity to make memories you won’t soon forget.
Saturday, October 25 Rodeo Drive 5K Walk/Run / 8 a.m. Joe Creason Park , Directly Across from Bellarmine’s Frazier Stadium
Work on your movie-star figure with an early morning walk or run. Get the whole family out of bed or take this challenge on by yourself, just watch out for the paparazzi!

Saturday Morning Breakfast with the Stars / 9 a.m. Café Ogle
A classy breakfast with all the glitz and glamour Hollywood is known for. Bring your whole family to eat a great meal (on us of course), join in the games and have a family picture made to remember the event. Meal tickets will be required and will be distributed at check in.
Amazing Race: Hollywood Edition / 11:00 a.m. Get ready for a tour of all the famous star studded locales in the city of Louisville in true Amazing Race style during Bellarmine’s 4th Annual Amazing Race. This event brings in over 150 participants from all over the country as local and out-of-state families compete for great prizes. Stops along the way are guaranteed to make you laugh and create family memories you'll never forget while testing your patience and creativity just like on the Amazing Race television show! Be prepared to get lost both figuratively and literally in this awesome family activity. Participation will be limited to the first 50 families who arrive at the kickoff location on Saturday morning…we’ll start checking people in at 10 a.m.
Legacy Dinner / 6 p.m. Has another generation of your family graduated from Bellarmine? If so, the Alumni Association and the Development Office would like you to join us for this VIP, red carpet affair. Reservation at this event is required, contact Pat Ballard at 502.452.8333 to reserve your seat.
Mocktail Party / 8 - 8:30 p.m. Wyatt Hall
Meet and greet representatives from the Student Government Association and enjoy a "mocktail" before the curtain goes up at 8:30.
Saturday Knight Live / 8:30 p.m. Amy Cralle Theater
A show of true Hollywood-caliber talent. You’ll have to battle paparazzi for a seat to catch Bellarmine’s brightest stars showing off their Grammy, Tony, and Emmy award-winning performances. In the spirit of the Red Carpet, this event is a dressy affair, cocktail attire or Sunday best is encouraged.
Dessert Reception / 10:15 p.m. Wyatt Hall
Immediately after the show, enjoy the infamous chocolate buffet; a Family Weekend tradition.
Sunday, October 26 Mass / 9 a.m. Our Lady of the Woods Chapel
Join us in celebration at Our Lady of the Woods Chapel. Everyone is welcome to join us for morning service and prayer.
Closing Brunch / 10:15 a.m. Cafe Ogle
