Westside Portland Baptist Church Scholarship

In December 1989, the member of the about-to-be-dissolved Westside Portland Baptist Church of Louisville, Kentucky established the above-referenced permanent endowment fund with the Kentucky Baptist Foundation. Under the terms of the Endowment Agreement governing the fund, 40% of the net income was to be used to provide scholarships. REQUIREMENTS:The student must be (1) full time, (2) in a basic degree program, and (3) "financially needy" as determined by the institution's financial aid officer utilizing such guidelines as the KHEAA program.
