Kentucky-Ecuador Partners in a non-profit organization affiliated with Partners of the Americas. Their mission is to foster people-to-people exchanges of ideas and knowledge, develop opportunities, promote capabilities, and share cultural experiences. Kentucky and Ecuador have been working together since 1965 to develop and implement grassroots projects in agriculture, health, educations, emergency preparedness, rehabilitation, and cultural exchange.

REQUIREMENTS :The applicant must be accepted into the KIIS Ecuador Program and demonstrate a successful completion of one semester of university level Spanish.
