In order to facilitate the moving process, there will be three move-out times on Friday and Saturday, July 22^nd and 23^rd:

Friday Night Check-out: 10:15 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. on July 22^nd
Scholars who move out at this time will be able to depart campus almost immediately following the closing ceremony on Saturday morning (which begins at 9:00 a.m.).  These scholars will pack all of their belongings, except the necessities that they will require overnight, before leaving for the Final Banquet.  Then, their family members will move out all packed items while the scholar is at the lock-in on Friday night.

Saturday Morning Check-out: 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on July 23^rd
Scholars and their families will move out all items immediately following the closing ceremony on Saturday morning (which begins at 9:00 a.m.).  All personal items should be packed and ready to load out before the closing ceremony.

Saturday Afternoon Check-out: 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. on July 23^rd
Scholars in this group may go to lunch with their families after the closing ceremony and will then return to campus to move out. 

*** Each scholar must sign up for a move-out time on his or her residence hall during the weekend of July 15^th – 17^th.  If your family requires a particular move out time, please make your scholar is aware of this preference. ***
