How Much?

  • Every day
    1. 91 ounces total fluid (food and beverage) for women and 125 ounces total fluid for men
    2. Approximately 9 cups beverages for women and approximately 12 cups beverages for men
    3. Drink when thirsty
    4. Drink enough so you have to use the restroom every 2-4 hours
  • Sports and Fitness
    1. 2 cups 2 hours before
    2. 4-6 ounces every 15-20 minutes during
    3. 20 ounces for every pound of water weight loss after
