In the handouts listed below are step-by-step instructions for many of the technology programs on campus. Click on the link on the right to view the handout.

Turn It In

Bellarmine University has a campus wide license for an online plagiarism prevention program – Turn It In. The program can be used to improve student writing and research skills and as a deterrent for plagiarism. When a student paper is submitted to the program, it is compared against billions of pages in the Turn It In proprietary database, the Web, and academic periodicals and journals. Turn It In returns a detailed originality report to the instructor and the student. If, and how often, an instructor uses the program is an individual choice.

Contact Debi Griffin in the FDC for the Turn It In Joining Instructions and password for faculty members. The initial process is simple and takes approximately 15-20 minutes. If further assistance is needed, please sign up for one of the Turn It In training sessions.

After the instructor has joined Turn It In, the students in the course may also join. The handout at the right contains Joining Instructions for students and will require a join password from the course instructor.

Class Lists

For each class you are assigned to teach, a class list can be viewed and printed from the myBellarmine web portal. The same network username and password that is used to access email is all that is needed to login. (Go to http://my.bellarmine.edu > login > select the Faculty tab > select the Faculty Course Control link > select a term > select a course > class list.).
