difference our campus makes. Monthly calendars will be available here
to provide you with social and educational opportunities to get
connected to other Bellarmine parents and families. Look for events
that have been planned specifically for BU parents!

Holiday
Photograph Contest: Submit your best holiday photograph showcasing your
student and your Knight pride. Grab a funny prop, creative costume,
and the camera and make a lasting memory. Send all entries to parents@bellarmine.edu before February 1, 2010. The winner will receive a $50.00 Bellarmine University Gift Card.
New
Year’s Resolutions: What have your resolved to change this year? Care
to share it with the facebook community? Make a post to the Parents
Association facebook wall for a chance to win $15.00 BU bookstore gift
card.

Recipe Round-up: Are you better than Betty Crocker in the kitchen? Do
you give the Iron Chefs a run for their money with delicious
creations? If so we want your AWESOME, original recipes. Beginning
February 20- March 20 we will be accepting recipe’s from BU parents.
In addition, please share your family traditions, unique stories
related to the recipe, photos, and other items that might make a good
addition to the first ever BU Parent Cookbook. We are even willing to
sweeten the deal. For every recipe you submit, you will be entered to
win some fabulous prizes. What are you waiting for?

or by mailing the recipe to Patrick Englert, 2001 Newburg Road,
Louisville, KY 40205. Be sure to include the name of the recipe, your
name, ingredients, and directions.

s’ Homecoming Bash: Join us for the first Parents’ Homecoming Bash,
sure to be a new tradition. We have a fun filled day planned for you
and your family. You will be a part of fun, create memories, and
showcase your BU Pride. Parent party packages are $25.00 and include
the admission to all of the following:
11:30 AM- 12:30 PM Student and Parent Lunch/Welcome- Frazier Hall
1:00 PM- BU vs. Maryland Lacrosse, Owsley B. Frazier Stadium
***Cocoa, coffee, and tea at halftime, Anniversary Hall
5:00-8:00 PM - Parent and Alumni Tailgating, Frazier Hall
*** Food and festive drink will be provided
5:45 PM- Women’s Homecoming Basketball Game, Knights Hall
8:00 PM- Men’s Homecoming Basketball Game, Knights Hall
