Transcripts The transcript is the official academic record on file with the Registrar at Bellarmine University. Requests for transcripts must be made in writing (in person, via fax, or mail) and be signed by the student. The request should include the student's name, Bellarmine ID or Social Security Number, current contact information (complete address and phone number) dates of attendance, major and any degrees received. The request should also include the number of copies requested and complete address or addresses where the transcripts should be sent. Requests should include the proper fee of $5.00 for the first copy and $1.00 for each additional copy if ordered at the same time.
Transcripts cannot be released for students with an outstanding financial obligation to the University.
