Transcripts

Effective June 2009, there is no longer a fee for official transcripts.

The transcript is the official academic record on file with the Registrar at Bellarmine University.

Only the student may request that his/her transcript be sent. Transcripts cannot be released for students with an outstanding financial obligation to the University.

Requests for transcripts may be made in person, via fax, or mail.

Please print, complete, and sign the transcript request form.

Due to the confidential nature of the academic record, transcripts cannot be FAXed.
