Students, faculty and staff who want to appeal a parking violation must do so by submitting this appeal form within five (5) business days from the issuance of the citation. All rights to appeal are forfeited after the five (5) day period.

any photographs, maps or diagrams of the parking space in question, if you believe it will help the Parking and Safety Committee understand the basis of your appeal. Include in the e-mail your citation number.
Explain how your action did not constitute a violation by applying the parking regulation in question to the facts you have discussed.
