| Description: | Bellarmine student reported that she had seen a staff member fall down on her back. When security arrived to the scene, they found the staff member on her back, unable to move. Security then called 911 and a campus nurse. EMS arrived to the scene shortly after and transported the staff member to Audoban Hospital. |
