Apple Cider

1 cup frozen orange juice
1 gallon apple cider
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
Heat, serve and enjoy!!

Bourbon Slushes

Steep 4 tea bags in 2 cups boiling water for 1 1/2 minutes.

In a very large bowl mix:
2 small cans frozen orange juice concentrate
2 small cans frozen lemonade concentrate
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 or more cans bourbon
7 cans boiling water
2 cups of tea (above)

Mix well and freeze.
Scoop into glasses, add a little Sprite or Ginger-ale to make a slushy texture.
This is a good recipe to make ahead and keep in the freezer.
