Cashew Craisin Salad

1 bag Romaine Lettuce
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Pear
1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Cup Cashews
1/2 Cup Craisins

Dressing:  Mix & Refrigerate
1 Cup Olive Oil
1 Cup Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds

Mix with dressing prior to serving

Cranberry Salad

2 small packages raspberry jello 1 cup hot water
1 cup sugar 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
1 cup pineapple juice 1 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 package ground cranberries 1 ground orange
1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/3 cup celery

Dissolve jello in hot water stir to dissolve, add pineapple juice, sugar and lemon juice. Allow to thicken slightly, in refrigerator, add remaining ingredients and pour into mold.

Oriental Noodle Salad

2 packs Beef Ramen Noodles
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 bunches green onions diced
1 package 14 oz. coleslaw mix

Toss together these ingredients above

Then mix the following together& refrig. to cool:

Beef packet mixes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup veg. or canola oil
1/3 cup white vinegar

Toss everything together about 1/2 hour before serving.
