Graduation Fair
Frazier Hall Tuesday, October 21 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. or Wednesday, October 22 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
The celebration for August/December 2008 Bellarmine University graduates begins with the Graduation Fair on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 21 and 22. Students will have an opportunity to meet with a number of campus services and outside vendors in one convenient location. Students need only participate on one of the two scheduled days and should plan to spend about an hour completing the various activities required. There will be refreshments and prizes throughout the two-day event.
Students will check in with the Registrar to make sure their application for graduation is on track, to declare whether or not they will be participating in the graduation ceremony, provide phonetic pronunciation for their name, and tell us how their name should appear on their diploma.
Students will talk with staff from the Bursar’s Office and Financial Aid about any outstanding tuition account balances, take exit surveys and receive other important information about student loans.
Career Services and Experiential Learning staff will be available to provide information about employment opportunities, graduate school, resume preparation, and other tips for finding a job after graduation.
The Alumni Association will be on hand with information about joining the Association and staying connected with campus and friends.
Lightspeed Photography will be on hand to take student portraits in cap and gown.
The Balfour representative will be here to help students order announcements and select the right size cap and gown for graduation. Students will also have the opportunity to order the Bellarmine University official class ring.
Because many of the activities at the Graduation Fair are necessary for all graduation candidates to complete, your participation is expected. If scheduling issues prohibit you from attending, you must pick up a Graduation Fair packet from the Office of the Registrar on or after October 22 but no later than October 30, or call 502-452-8230 and request one be mailed to you.
