Description:  About Loyalty 360 The mission of Loyalty 360 is to provide an unbiased, market driven, "voice of the customer” focused clearinghouse and think-tank for all loyalty, incentive/reward, and engagement marketing opportunities, insights, and responses. Loyalty 360’s promise is to actively listen, engage and provide to the marketplace and to its members, a forum through which it will proactively determine true industry metrics and facilitate market driven research and actionable case studies. The goal of Loyalty 360 is to increase the awareness of, and promote with integrity, the practices of loyalty, incentive/reward, and engagement marketing. Loyalty 360 is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio Job Description: The Sales Associate proactively supports the sales process of the organization and create/maintain/develop relationships with members and sponsors. This position will support the contract and invoice process, as well as the sales marketing and e-marketing efforts of Loyalty 360. The position requires a hard working, outgoing, detailed-oriented, and adaptable person with an interest in the Loyalty Marketing industry. Some of the tasks would include, but are not limited to: • Direct Sales: Contacting and following up with prospective members and sponsors; identifying and calling new prospective clients and sponsors; supporting prospects through the sales process. • Relationship Management: Ensuring contracts are delivered and signed; working with Marketing to follow up with members and sponsors on benefits throughout year. • Sales Marketing: Creating emails, letters, and direct mail pieces to support the sales process.

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate would have exceptional customer service skills, passion for learning, be able to work in an adaptable work environment, extremely organized, and results focused. Candidates will have excellent closing skills, a client service focus and a desire to earn based on production. An existing clientele and relationships with incentive buyers is a plus.
