Description:  OVERVIEW The Loyalty 360 Product Manager at Loyalty 360 will be responsible for all aspects of the Loyalty 360 association website for this fast-growing, association. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, idea person who’s self motivated, ready and willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into a new opportunity. This person will have the ability and desire to take a new idea to executed reality. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. ABOUT LOYALTY 360 The mission of Loyalty 360 is to provide an unbiased, market driven, "voice of the customer” focused clearinghouse and think-tank for all loyalty, incentive/reward, and engagement marketing opportunities, insights, and responses. Loyalty 360’s promise is to actively listen, engage and provide to the marketplace and to its members, a forum through which it will proactively determine true industry metrics and facilitate market driven research and actionable case studies. The goal of Loyalty 360 is to increase the awareness of, and promote with integrity, the practices of loyalty, incentive/reward, and engagement marketing. This is accomplished through our media vehicles: Loyalty 360 – the Loyalty Marketers Association and website, weekly “This Week in Loyalty” emails, Loyalty Today site feature, Loyalty Management magazine, and conferences (Loyalty Expo and Engagement Expo). RESPONSIBILITIES The Product Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Loyalty 360 association, inclusive but not limited to: building content, growing membership, developing new site and association features, managing features and marketing on an ongoing basis. On-going marketing encompasses: developing content for weekly emails “This Week in Loyalty”, daily “Loyalty Today” content updates, webinar schedules and marketing, site enhancement, site marketing, integration of the 360 site with our other sites and social media endeavors. He or she will need to be a dynamic self-starter with background in loyalty, engagement and/or incentive marketing. In addition to the efforts of the association, this position will have a dual role of supporting the organizations branding and efforts. Finally, the Product Manager will work effectively and collaboratively with the other key functions within Loyalty 360, including Sales, Account Management, Other Product Managers, Technology and Conference S

Qualifications:  EXPERIENCE Must have demonstrated history of success in: • Services-related product development and management • Effectively using social media • Early stage companies • Internet-based businesses and partnerships • Advertising agencies and/or internet advertising • Customer focused marketing efforts SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS Must have: • Ability to take a job from idea to executed completion • Ability to effectively troubleshoot challenges • Ability to engage others to support your ideas and efforts • Strong technology skills • Ability to work in a limited-resource environment and help the company make resource trade-offs as needed • High level of energy • Strong leadership, management and communication skills • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, focus on details, make sound decisions, utilize effective time management skills, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Exceptional Client and Customer Service • High level of project management skills • Superior organizational skills • Direct or Database Marketing or Related experience • Ability to work with all level of clients and management • Team Player • Detail oriented • Excellent PC Microsoft skills and software knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.) and Mac Image Files • Credit Card or Retail Industry knowledge a plus • B.A. Degree in Marketing, or related discipline. 5-8+ years experience in a high volume, fast paced marketing services and/or operations department, or agency/traffic background with proven project management skills At Loyalty 360 everyone is empowered and responsible for innovating, building, and producing
