Description: ·Maintenance, reporting and analysis of company’s database including list cleansing, appending and segmentation of the database
·Assist in pre-campaign development and analysis and post campaign reporting and analysis of data finding
·Manage multiple direct mail lists
oExecute list pulls for direct marketing campaigns
·Maintain contact with vendors and internal stakeholders
·Augment current lead and contact data with additional information to be used in segmentation (email address, industry, job level, and job function)
·Execute data quality tasks relative to merging duplicate lead and contact records and appending contact records.
·Identify opportunities to improve business processes that impact data quality.
·Contribute to and adopt data quality best practices in alignment other functional organizations.
·Maintain lead and contact data quality process documentation.
·Lead data management team of two through execution, prioritization, training, etc.
Qualifications: ·Bachelors degree preferred.
·1+ years experience with marketing, data quality, customer service and/or data entry experience.
·Familiarity with CRM, segmentation, data management, data measurements, and/or statistical analysis is a plus.
·Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results.
