Description: SUMMARY: Provides support in functional areas of the human resources department, which may include but not limited in recruitment, personnel records, workers comp, and benefit administration.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
„X Ability to coordinate annual benefit enrollment forms
„X Knowledge of workers comp, health and safety compliances
„X Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
„X Familiar with navigating through HRIS to populate and enter data
„X Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
„X Must be able to interact with both local and branch personnel
„X Ability to maintain confidential information
„X Ability to process personnel invoices
„X Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
„X Maintain a working relationship with community organizations, referral agencies and training vendors
„X Coordinate personnel activities
„X Coordinate service awards by ordering and shipping awards to branch vice presidents and notifying senior management staff
„X Bachelor Degree required
„X 2-3 years of human resources experience required or a combination of experience and education
„X All other duties as assigned.
