Description: Associate Director for Employer Relations (Student Affairs Officer III, requisition # SM527332)
Responsible for management and coordination of all aspects of employer relations, including planning, developing, scheduling, marketing, budgeting, and leadership. Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, state and national employers, as well as University departments; and, serve as UK employer relations liaison with internal and external customers. Will also be responsible for strategic planning leadership, program development and implementation; and ongoing assessment of programs. Will manage, coordinate the development and delivery of the Distance Learning courses offered by the Career Center. Will integrate career services technology via NaceLink; and create models and templates for the student scan card system as well as the Wildcat Career Link.
Qualifications: MA + 3 years required; MA+ 10 years preferred
