Recruiting Bellarmine Talent

Thank you for your interest in recruiting at Bellarmine University. We are transitioning from an outdated job-listing website to an integrated career services management system from College Central Network. In mid-August, we emailed information to hundreds of employers who had listed positions at Bellarmine over the past two years. If you did not receive that email, you can still set up your own employer account using these Employer Instructions. Once we approve your account and email the password (usually the same day during normal business hours), you can begin posting an unlimited number of job, internship and volunteer opportunities at no charge.

Free Listings at Bellarmine University

Students, alumni and community members will continue to have access to current and historical listings that were posted in our old system before September 1, 2009. As of that date, employers must use CollegeCentral to list new opportunities. For a quick start, please refer to our Employer Help Sheet.

Please contact us if you have any questions about our new system or if you need any help posting opportunities at Bellarmine. We welcome your questions, comments and feedback during this transition.

Important Note Regarding Childcare Listings

In setting up your CollegeCentral employer account, please complete all of the required contact information. Only Career Development staff and authorized persons will have access to your contact information and we will never disclose it to third parties. When actually posting your job, which is the only way students can see your opportunity, list your neighborhood (e.g., Highlands Area, St. Matthews, East End, etc.) in the job description. For safety purposes, delete the street address, city, state, zip code and country data that is entered automatically, leaving only a phone number and/or email address for candidates to contact you.

Paid Listings at Multiple Colleges & Universities

Bellarmine University now participates in the NACElink Network, sponsored by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, the Direct Employers Association and Symplicity. For recruiters listing jobs and internships for college students and alumni, NACElink offers an easy way to post the same position at several colleges and universities for a small fee. Click on these links for a list of participating institutions in Kentucky and surrounding states and for current listing fees. Please review these instructions and click on the icon below.

On-Campus Recruiting & Interviewing

To set up an information table, host a company information session or conduct on-campus interviews, please download the On-Campus Recruiting Form, complete the required information and return it to Career Development. We are pleased to help organize and promote your activities and interviews for targeted groups of qualified candidates. We are also seeking recruiters as exclusive sponsors of various career workshops, presentations and other events. Whatever your needs, we encourage a visit to campus and look forward to connecting you with Bellarmine's talented students, alumni, faculty and staff.

Professional Standards, Ethics & Equal Opportunity

Bellarmine University Career Development observes the Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services & Employment Professionals and A Faculty Guide to Ethical and Legal Standards in Student Hiring, both from the National Association of Colleges and Employers. Career Development also complies with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action laws in all career services activities.
