Important Note Regarding Childcare Listings
The best way to promote your childcare or in-home care position to Bellarmine students is to set up a College Central Network employer account. While setting up your account, you may list the employer name as your family name (Guyer Family) and complete all of the required contact information. Only Career Development staff and authorized persons will have access to your contact information and we will never disclose it to third parties. When posting your childcare job, list your neighborhood (e.g., Highlands Area, St. Matthews, East End, etc.) in the job description. For safety purposes, delete the street address, city, state, zip code and country data, leaving only a phone number and/or email address for candidates to contact you.
On-Campus Recruiting & Interviewing
To set up an information table, host a company information session or conduct on-campus interviews, please download the On-Campus Recruiting Form, complete the required information and return it to Career Development. We are pleased to help organize and promote your activities and interviews for targeted groups of qualified candidates. We are also seeking recruiters as exclusive sponsors of various career workshops, presentations and other events. Whatever your needs, we encourage a visit to campus and look forward to connecting you with Bellarmine's talented students, alumni, faculty and staff.
Professional Standards, Ethics & Equal Opportunity
Bellarmine University Career Development endorses the Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services & Employment Professionals the National Association of Colleges and Employers. These principles provide a framework for professional relationships among colleges/universities, employing organizations, and candidates. Career Development also complies with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action laws in all career services activities.
All employers requesting access to Bellarmine University Career Development Center services and/or events must be registered users of College Central Network (CCN). Failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in discontinuation of access to CCN.
Other reasons for discontinuation of access include, but are not limited to, invalid employer e-mail addresses, inappropriate messaging, evidence of fraudulent activity, or other items deemed inappropriate by the Career Development Center Director or the appropriate designee.
The Career Development Center will regularly update and enhance CCN and may, from time to time, revise the Employer Terms and Conditions. Use of CCN is governed by the Employer Terms and Conditions posted at the time of use.
