As educators, the Career Development staff is committed to assisting students and alumni with personal assessment, career exploration, educational planning, leadership development, experiential learning, professional employment, and career advancement and transition. Read the descriptions below to learn about the online resources we provide.

Use our career services management system, CollegeCentral, to search for job, internship and volunteer opportunities; submit online applications; register for events; schedule on-campus interviews; access our mentoring network; and more.

OptimalResume 2.0 offers enhanced features and a new user interface to help with resumes, cover letters, electronic portfolios, video resumes, skills profiles, professional websites and interview prep.

MyPlan provides assessments of your personality, interests, skills and values with specific recommendations and detailed information about ideal careers, majors and educational opportunities for students and alumni.

Primarily used in Freshman Focus and other first-year groups and activities, TypeFocus offers two assessments and five reports related to personality type and college success.

Sponsored by the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Direct Employers Association, NACElink provides access to internship and job listings posted by local, regional and national employers.
