2007-2008 Achievements and Highlights
Offered over fifty educational programs to students, staff and faculty on campus and in the Louisville community
Established four partnerships with community organizations: Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Project One, Nativity Academy, Black Achievers
Offered an IDC 101 course entitled: Awareness, Education and Appreciation of Difference: A New World
Five students and a staff member attended the Big Ten Black Student Leadership Conference-2008
Designed a series of events for Hispanic/Latino Heritage Month, Black History Month, and Women’s History Month
Co-sponsored programs with the International Programs Office targeting international students
Created a Multicultural Advisory Board (members represent a cross-section of the campus community)
Established BellarM.E.N a student organization for men on campus
Represented Bellarmine University at various community functions
