The Black Student Union of Bellarmine University upholds these main beliefs: to represent the interest and concerns of black students and other minorities at Bellarmine University; To bring together all aspects of Black Student life for the purpose of improving the campus environment; Encourages involvement of Black Students and other minorities in ALL campus activities. We discourage and abate institutional and individual acts and symbols of racism. We promote the Bellarmine spirit and tradition of Excellence as well as heighten awareness and friendship between races. The Black Student Union will provide a forum for black students to voice their differences, goals, and ideas.

BUKnighted serves as Bellarmine University's gay-straight alliance. We work diligently to raise awareness across campus, and provide a safe place and support network for members of the LGBTQQIA+ community and their allies to be themselves.

MAPS: Multicultural Association of Pre-Health Students

The purpose of this organization is to establish a network for students interested in pursuing a career in health. Skills workshops will be provided, but, also, because it is important to demonstrate cultural competence in all settings, specifically professional, we will promote diversity initiatives in our community and professional environments.
