Pilates

Pilates is a mat-based class that utilizes precise movements to activate, isolate and stabilize core muscles. This class is great for improving posture, flexibility, balance and strength.

P90X

P90X is a total body, cardio and strength training class that uses body weight and dumbbells to build a strong, fit body and confident mind.

REFIT®

REFIT® combines several elements of fitness into one power-packed hour. While the focus is structured around CardioDance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training and stretching are also incorporated into the REFIT workout. The workout formula is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners.

Taekwondo

Tae Kwon Do is the oldest form of martial arts that exist today. Tae Kwon Do originated in present day Korea over two thousand years ago. Tae Kwon Do consist of 70% kicks and 30% hand techniques. You will be instructed in Tae Kwon Do techniques that include: feet and hand techniques, blocking and punching techniques, take down techniques, sparring techniques, stretching techniques, body core, and cardiovascular workouts just to name a few. Tae Kwon Do is rooted strongly in respect and discipline, and has something to offer everyone.

TRX Total Body

TRX Total Body is suspension training that utilizes your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. Take this opportunity to introduce yourself to an effective alternative to traditional strength training.

Yoga

Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress. Designed for all levels including beginners.

Zumba

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout that instructors say is primarily an aerobic workout — and it's all about having fun.

 

Fitness 4 Knights

Does your department or team want to recharge with a Yoga class or energize with a Zumba class but just don’t have the time to make it to the scheduled group fitness class times? Well, Fitness 4 Knights would like to bring the fitness to you!! You choose the class format, date, time, and location.
