Spring 2012 Group Fitness Schedule

January 9 - April 20

The Group Fitness Program at Bellarmine University is based upon the latest fitness trends and taught by experienced, nationally certified instructors. Take advantage of exciting classes appropriate for all fitness levels that will keep you motivated and help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals.

Schedule

Monday
  • 7 - 8 p.m. Butt and Gut Cardio
  • 8 - 9 p.m. Zumba®
Tuesday
  • 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Pilates
  • 7 - 8 p.m. Cycle, Abs, and Arms 
  • 8 - 9 p.m. Vinyasa Yoga
Wednesday
  • 8 - 9 p.m. Fat Burn and Firm
Thursday
  • 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Pilates
  • 7 - 8 p.m. Cycle, Abs, and Arms
Saturday
  • 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Zumba®

Policies

  1. Classes are for current BU students, faculty, and staff. 
  2. Participants must sign in at the beginning of class. 
  3. SuRF members can pay $64 to participate in classes for the semester. 
  4. Bike and equipment availability is based on a first come first serve basis. 
  5. The program schedule is subject to change. 
  6. Classes may be cancelled due to demand, low attendance, or schedule conflicts.

Holidays ~ Classes will not be held on the following dates:

  • January 16: Martin Luther King Day 
  • March 3 - 11: Spring Break 
  • April 4 - 8: Easter Break
