Anniversary Hall
Anniversary Hall is a 196-bed residence hall on the Bellarmine University campus. The building was designed with no obvious front or back, so that it would be attractive from all perspectives. From the residence hall rooms, students view either the athletic fields, or the wooded area near the Chapel and the other residence halls.
Information from student surveys and forums, meetings with the Residence Hall Council and the Student Government Association, national studies, and campus visits was used in determining the residence hall design, location, and features. Anniversary Hall is a four-story coeducational residence hall with two large double-occupancy bedrooms (with a few single occupancy bedrooms), connected by a full-bathroom.
The building's design, features, and amenities were selected to appeal to and meet the needsĀ of upper-class students. The floor plan also provides flexibility in terms of making room assignments based on gender demographics. Each room allows for individual temperature control, two data drops, phone service, basic cable service, a microwave and refrigerator.
