The SGA Executive Board
The Executive Board is comprised of the SGA President and six Vice Presidents who direct the Student Government Association. The Executive Board is responsible for leading SGA, setting an agenda for each semester, and working directly with administrators to ensure student needs are met.

The President is elected by the student body and serves as the representative of the students to the Bellarmine University administration and to the Board of Trustees.

Vice President of Finance - Matthew Schuhmann
The Finance Committee is in charge of allocating over a quarter million dollar budget to RSOs per semester and manages the SGA budget. The Vice President of Finance presides over the SGA Finance Committee.

Vice President of Campus and Community Service - Patricia Brazis
The Vice President of Campus and Community Service is responsible for engaging students in community service both on Bellarmine’s campus and the throughout Louisville. The Vice President of CCS presides over the SGA Campus and Community Service Committee and works with the committee to plan Bellarmine Volunteer Days for students to participate in throughout the semester.

Vice President of Recreation, Intramurals, and Athletics - Jared Findlater
The responsibility of the VP of RIA is to advocate for student health and wellness initiatives on campus and provide student insight in the development of the BU Life Time Recreation Center.

Vice President of Educational Affairs - Jackylyn Segarino
The responsibility of the VP of Educational Affairs is to be a student advocate in academic matters affecting the student body. The Educational Affairs Committee is also responsible for coordinating the delivery of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal on campus as well as guest lecturers for the student body.The Vice President of Education Affairs presides over the SGA Educational Affairs Committee.

Vice President of RSO Affairs - Tina Chenault
The VP of RSO Affairs is the main contact for registered student organizations and is responsible for maintaining effective communication between SGA and RSOs.
The Vice President of RSO Affairs presides over the RSO Affairs Committee.

Vice President of Public Relations - Lyndsay Batts
The Vice President of Public Relations presides over the PR Committee and is responsible for communicating SGA mission, policy, and events to the student body.The Vice President of PR is also in charge of publicizing all RSO’s events around campus.

Chief of Staff - Trenton Phillips
The Chief of Staff is in charge of keeping order during the SGA Assembly meetings as well as recording the meeting minutes. The Chief of Staff also presides over all of the sub committees, and keeps record of when their meetings are held.
