Admitted Student Checklist


  • Get comfortable logging in to your personal student portal at Do this right away, as you’ll complete most other items here. You can change your password by contacting the Technology Support Center at 502.272.8301 or  
  • Confirm your enrollment at Bellarmine University by paying the $200 deposit. This deposit officially reserves your spot in the Class of 2024.
  • If you’ll be living on campus, mark your calendar for December 1st to complete our online Housing Application.  
  • View your Financial Aid Award online in your student portal. Choose to accept or decline each item on your award, then click “Submit.” If you accept Direct Loans, complete the Loan Entrance Counseling and sign the Promissory Note to have these applied to your Fall 2020 bill. 
  • Request to join the official Bellarmine Class of 2023 Facebook group.
  • Choose your date for Knight U. When you RSVP for Knight U, you will complete an advising form that will help us to determine your first semester of classes. During Knight U, you will be registered and receive your schedule for the first semester of freshman year.


  • Request a final transcript be sent from your high school to Bellarmine University.
  • Submit the required documents to transfer in any AP, IB, or dual credit courses you may have from high school.
  • Start regularly checking your BU email.
  • Submit your immunization record to BU Health Services. 
  • Provide your emergency contact information in your student portal.


  • View your Fall 2020 bill, which will be uploaded to your secure online account. Review Bellarmine’s payment options and payment plans. Complete your Tuition Contract and settle your bill or payment plan by August 3. 
  • Purchase textbooks for your fall classes. 
  • Get to know your roommate(s)! Housing assignments will be mailed out in June. 
  • If you’ll be living on campus, start packing! If you’ll be commuting, get connected to our Commuter Center!
  • Register your vehicle in your student portal and request a parking permit. 
  • Make plans to arrive on campus on Saturday, August 17. Both commuter and residential students will check in to campus this day; your assigned check-in time and location will be mailed to you later this summer. All students will have the opportunity to pick up parking permits and student IDs, and residential students will move into the residence halls.  
  • Attend Week of Welcome August 15 - 19 with the rest of the Class of 2024!
  • Thursday, August 20: First Day of Classes!
