Get to know me: I graduated from Bellarmine University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and will be completing my Masters in Communications in May of 2018. I was born and raised in Louisville, KY and went to Trinity High School. I reside in the Highlands and stay busy outside of work spending time with my wife and two little girls!

Favorite Spot on Campus: The Library! There are so many beautiful and relaxing places on campus but the library is by far my favorite. I was always able to accomplish a lot in the Library. The library was the one place where I could do homework, write a paper or hang out with friends. Overall, it was a very peaceful and quiet place for me to gather my thoughts.

Favorite Spot on campus: My favorite spot on Bellarmine’s campus is the Quad. It’s a great place to go get some fresh air after being inside all day! You’ll always see fellow classmates or professors on their way to class.

Get to know me: Get to know me: I am a recent alumni of Bellarmine, graduating with a Bachelors of Art in Communication and Psychology in 2019. I grew up in Lexington, Ky, attended Lexington Catholic High School, and then moved to Louisville for college. I love the city of Louisville because there are so many things to do on the weekends with your friends and the restaurants here are top-notch. Watch out for the freshmen 15, though!

Favorite Spot on campus: My favorite spot on Bellarmine’s campus is the Student Activities Center! Throughout the day, you will see a diverse group of students hanging out, eating lunch, or conducting important meetings for Student Government or Bellarmine Activities Council and other RSOs. It is a great place to meet new friends and get connected with other leaders on campus, including the staff. Plus, it is right below Café WOW which has the BEST ranch.

Get to know me: My name’s Malcolm Jones and I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Liberal Arts with a Minor in Gender Diversity. I grew up right down the street in Middletown, KY and attended Eastern High School. I love Louisville, KY and consider it my home whenever I am away. One thing to know about me is that I love the food and the bakeries here. They truly are the best of the best and I encourage you to explore the city and all it has to offer!

Favorite Spot on campus: My favorite spot on campus is probably the University Dining Hall. It’s a great place to hang with friends, family and coworkers and just eat and talk. The view from the hill is gorgeous and you’re able to take in the sights and sounds while enjoying the best food on campus.

Get to know me: I graduated the University of Louisville in 2018 earning my degree in Psychology. I grew up in a military family so I moved around quite a bit; I lived in 3 other states before officially calling Louisville my home.

Favorite spot on campus: is the quad. Not only is that where Week of Welcome kicks off but throughout the school year you’ll always find students hanging out with each other or playing games as they destress from the day. It’s the perfect spot to go to if you’re ever bored and looking for something fun to do.

Get to know me: I graduated from Bellarmine University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in Communication. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Communication here at Bellarmine. I was born and raised right here in Louisville and attended Sacred Heart Academy.

Favorite spot on campus: I would have to say my favorite spot on campus is the Bellarmine Quad. The quad is the area between most of the academic buildings. It is always full of activity with students heading to and from classes or sitting outside to enjoy the weather. Walking through the quad, you are bound to see someone you know which demonstrates the closeness of the Bellarmine community. The quad is a peaceful, but busy area of campus, and it's always good for people watching!

Get to know me: I am a Bellarmine ’16 alumni with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. I grew up in a rural section of Northern Kentucky and attended Walton-Verona High School. After graduating from Bellarmine, I decided to stay in Louisville because it’s so awesome! I also taught for two years before deciding to work at Bellarmine. I love all things food, cute animals, and Packers football!

Favorite spot on campus: While all of campus is great, I think my favorite spot has to be Palio. I’m always down for a late night snack and Palio makes the BEST buffalo chicken wraps. It’s also a cool spot to just hang out and snack with friends, especially in the winter when you don’t feel like walking from your dorm to UDH in the cold!

Get to know me: I am a recent graduate of Ball State University with a major in Marketing and a minor in Leadership Studies. I grew up right across the river in Floyds Knobs, IN and attended Floyd Central High School, but have always considered Louisville to be my home.

Favorite spot on campus: My favorite spot on campus is easily University Dining Hall (UDH)! You can catch me there everyday at lunch chowing down on a homemade M&M brownie. UDH brings “campus dining” to a whole new level! Aside from the food, it’s a great spot to run into friends, enjoy a nice view of our beautiful campus, and the dining staff is some of the nicest on campus!

James Standard

Senior Admission Counselor

Get to know me: I was born here in Louisville, and I’ve lived here all of my life. I attended Louisville Male High School before attending Bellarmine University in the fall of 2008. I graduated from Bellarmine in 2012 with my bachelor’s degree double majoring in Business Administration and Communication. I plan on starting my Master’s in Business Administration in the next couple of years.

Favorite spot on campus: My favorite spot on campus is the SuRF. The SuRF is the place where I met many of my new friends for the first time. This was also a place I enjoyed as a student because there was plenty to do. Some of my favorite things to do at the SuRF included playing pick-up basketball, playing ping pong, and watching sporting events on the TV in the lobby.
