Spring, Before Graduating
Confirm your enrollment at Bellarmine University by paying the $200 deposit. This deposit officially reserves your spot in the Class of 2022.

Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) beginning
October 1, 2017
. It is important to complete this as soon as possible to ensure you receive all federal and state aid that you qualify for.
View your Financial Aid Award online. Choose to accept or decline each item on your award, then click “Submit.” If you accept Stafford Loans, complete the Loan Entrance Counseling and sign the Promissory Note to have these applied to your
Fall 2018 bill

Complete the Foreign Language Placement Test. All new freshmen must complete this prior to registering for classes.
Register for classes by completing the Pre-Advising Form. If you RSVP to attend
April 21’s
Knight U, you’ll be automatically prompted to complete this form. If you cannot attend Knight U, complete the Pre-Advising Form on your own as soon as possible. It will go to an academic advisor who will build your fall class schedule for you and send it to you via mail.

After Graduation
Request a final transcript be sent from your high school to Bellarmine University.
Submit the required documents to transfer in any AP, IB, or dual credit courses you may have from high school.
Start regularly checking your BU email.
Submit your Health History form and immunization record to BU Health Services.
Provide your emergency contact information in your student portal.

Fall 2018 bill,
which will be uploaded to your secure online

account. Review Bellarmine’s payment options and payment plans. Complete your Tuition Contract and settle your bill or payment plan by August 1.
Purchase textbooks for your fall classes.
Get to know your roommate(s)! Housing assignments will be mailed out in June.
If you’ll be living on campus, start packing! If you’ll be commuting, get connected to our Commuter Center!
Make plans to arrive on campus on
Saturday, August 18
. Both commuter and residential students will check in to campus this day; your assigned check-in time and location will be mailed to you later this summer. All students will have the opportunity to pick up parking permits and student IDs, and residential students will move into the residence halls.
