Dr. Ralph de Chabert

Ralph de Chabert Is SVP, Chief Diversity and Global Community Relations Officer for Brown-Forman.  
With more than 30 years of diversity and inclusion experience, Ralph has served in leadership positions for Safeway, McKesson, and American President Lines. He joined Brown-Forman as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer in 2007, eventually adding responsibility for community relations.  
Ralph serves on the board of The Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Central Community Centers, The Louisville Ballet, The University of New England, The James Graham Brown Regional Cancer Center, and The Centre For Global Inclusion, among others. He is co-chair of Greater Louisville Inc.’s Business Council to End Racism and an adjunct professor at Spalding University.    
A graduate of St. Francis College, Ralph holds a Masters in Education from John Carroll University, a Masters in HR and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and a Doctorate in Education and Leadership from Spalding University.
