Superior cerebellar peduncle
- the superior cerebellar peduncle is the primary route for cerebellar efferent fibers to exit the cerebellum. Most fibers leaving through the superior cerebellar peduncle cross in its decussation and project to the red nucleus, the ventral lateral and ventral anterior nuclei of the thalamus. The ventral spinocerebellar tract enters the cerebellum through the superior cerebellar peduncle.
