Wednesday, Sept. 12
Self-defense with Kyle Rieber in Siena Primo lobby
, 7 p.m.
Kyle Rieber, who has a black belt in karate and serves as BU's assistant director of public safety, offers a class to help students learn the basics of self defense.
Prayer service for healing in the Siena Aboreto, 8 p.m.
Students from BUCatholic, Peer Ministry and Campus Ministry will lend their prayers in response to recent reports of abuse within the Catholic Church, in pursuit of justice and personal healing. Rain location: Chapel.
Thursday, Sept. 13
Panel discussion on Catholic Church's sexual abuse crisis in Hilary’s, 11 a.m.
Speakers include theology, philosophy and psychology professors, plus a representative from the Archdiocese of Louisville. Then, at 6 p.m., Bellarmine’s counseling center leads a campus conversation on recent events in the Church (Centro McGowan Hall 075).

Friday, Sept. 14
NEDA Talk in Frazier Hall

Former Major League Baseball player Mike Marjama discusses his struggles with an eating disorder as a student athlete. Come back on Saturday for a 9 a.m. fundraising walk in the quad.
Volleyball vs. Lewis, 6 p.m. Eastern

Field hockey vs. Limestone College, noon
The field hockey team plays Bellarmine's only home game this week. Cheer on the Knights in Frazier Stadium or watch live at buknights.com

Goat yoga at opening of new campus recreation fields, 1-4 p.m.
We're not quite sure about the goats, either, but we're going to take pictures. Help celebrate the opening of Bellarmine's new campus recreation fields (behind the Watterson Medical Center, 3430 Newburg Road) by doing yoga with goats, watching intramural rugby, and enjoying some food, music and games.
