Oct. 28: free trick-or-treating in residence halls

October 23, 2013

Bellarmine University's residence halls will host the 13th annual Hall-o-Treats event on Monday, October 28, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. The Siena residence halls will be decorated and offer entertainment for guests.

This is a free, public event for families to bring their costumed children to enjoy various activities and snacks. University students and staff will offer guided trick-or-treating and activities for all participants.

More than 75 doors in Bellarmine’s residence halls will offer trick-or-treating. Family-friendly costumes are encouraged. This safe Halloween experience includes costumed entertainers, games and candy.

Last year, over 400 participants enjoyed trick-or-treating in Bellarmine’s newest residential facilities.

Families should park on campus at Knights Hall, where free shuttles will provide transportation to and from the parking area and the Siena residence halls. Participants are also welcome to walk (approximately five minutes from Knights Hall to Siena). campus map]

This event is organized by Bellarmine’s Department of Housing and Residence Life. For more information, contact Jay Carnes at 502-272-7501 or jcarnes@bellarmine.edu.
