Bellarmine Presidential Search

Bellarmine University has begun a national search for its next president, who will succeed Dr. Susan M. Donovan following her retirement at the conclusion of her contract in Summer 2027. 

The Board of Trustees has appointed a Presidential Search Committee to guide a thoughtful, comprehensive, and mission-centered search. The committee is working with Russell Reynolds Associates, a global executive search firm with extensive experience in higher education leadership searches. 

The search will be conducted confidentially to encourage a strong and diverse pool of candidates while protecting the integrity of the process. At the same time, Bellarmine is committed to keeping the university community informed and providing opportunities for input.
