Bellarmine University will not disclose a community members’ protected information to third parties or government agencies, without consent, unless required by law.

Data Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer, to third parties, personally identifiable information unless we provide notice to the individual(s). This does not include partners and other parties who assist us in operating our websites, conducting our business, or servicing the Bellarmine community, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
